Lucas did such a terrific job. The home builders basically threw the floor down on the concrete slab without sealing it,or leveling the concrete.Not only did Lucas replace the flooring but thin coated the concrete so it was level, waterproofed the concrete so it wouldn’t get wet again. Lucas literally transformed the dining room floor in my 108 year old home.
